The missions

TEAM NUMBER WITHDRAWAL/START/FINISH

Number collection: Warmly welcome participants, check registrations and distribute numbers.
Equipment check: Ensure that participants are equipped in accordance with safety standards.
Welcome: Be the first friendly face participants meet, answer their questions and put them at ease.
Start management: Efficiently coordinate runners' starts, ensuring a smooth and orderly launch of the race.
Finish line management: Congratulate and guide participants across the finish line, creating an atmosphere of celebration.

EVENT MANAGEMENT TEAM

Participant tracking: Use our GPS software to track runners' progress in real time, ensuring their safety and the smooth running of the race.
Route control: check that participants are following the planned routes and intervene in the event of deviations.
Participant safety : Be the vital link between participants and emergency services if necessary.

BASE LIVING TEAM

Welcoming participants: Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere as soon as participants arrive.
Supply management: Ensure that refreshment points are well stocked and that participants receive the necessary nutritional support.
Health - Rescue: Coordinate medical assistance in case of need, guaranteeing the health and well-being of participants.
Runner bag management: Organize the storage and retrieval of participants' personal belongings.

LOGISTICS TEAM

Site set-up and dismantling: Set up and dismantle the infrastructure required for the event.
Material transfer: Ensure efficient movement of material from one point to another according to logistical needs.
